| CRITERIA |
| 1. Full-time student in good academic and behavioral standing at Delaware State University. |
| 2. Sophomore classification with a 3.0 - 2.5 cumulative GPA. |
| 3. Ability to demonstrate financial need by required documents. |
| 4. A history of employment or active involvement in personal and professional growth. |
5. Must not be a relative of the Smith Family, board of directors or community appointed scholarship selection committee. |

| REQUIREMENTS |
1. Completed online applications are accepted from March 1 - May 18, 2012

2. Three (3) letters of recommendation. Consider: a professor, administrator, mentor, employer or pastor |
